1. Information We Collect

• Photos: When you upload a photo to receive pose suggestions, it is temporarily processed by our AI system and not stored after analysis.
• Device Information: We may collect basic data such as device type, OS version, and language settings to improve compatibility and performance.
• Usage Data: Anonymous data such as feature usage frequency or crash logs may be collected to improve the app experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Analyze photos and suggest appropriate poses.
• Improve the quality, accuracy, and personalization of our pose suggestions.
• Fix bugs and enhance user experience.

3. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transmission and processing. Photo data is not stored on our servers after processing is complete.

4. Third-Party Services

We use APIs (e.g., Gemini API) for photo analysis. These services are governed by their own privacy policies and we ensure minimal data is transmitted to them. We do not share or sell your personal information to third parties for advertising purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to:

6. Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.

7. Face Data (Biometric Information)

Our app does not collect, derive, or process face data or any biometric identifiers.

Photos captured using the in-app camera may incidentally contain faces, but such photos are treated solely as User-Generated Content. We do not perform face detection, face recognition, tracking, or templating, and we do not extract facial landmarks or embeddings.

Sharing: We do not sell or share face data with third parties.

Storage: Photos are stored locally on the device or, if the user chooses to upload, on our servers encrypted at rest. Transfers are protected via HTTPS/TLS.

Retention & Deletion: Uploaded photos (which may incidentally contain faces) are retained **only as long as necessary to provide the service**. Specifically, photos remain available **until the user deletes them or deletes their account**, at which point they are removed from our active servers immediately, and from backups within **30 days**. **We chose this 30-day retention period for backups because it is the minimum required to ensure service reliability and recovery in case of accidental deletion or technical issues.** No biometric templates, face recognition data, or extracted features are stored beyond this period. For camera access, we request the iOS permission “Camera” strictly to enable user-initiated photo capture.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will notify users via the app or by updating the date at the top of this page.
